About the Position

Vi söker en Business Intelligence-specialist med gedigen erfarenhet av att utveckla och modernisera datadrivna lösningar. I rollen arbetar du genom hela kedjan – från behovsanalys och kravspecifikation till utveckling, test och leverans. Du kommer att arbeta tvärfunktionellt och på global nivå samt vara en nyckelperson i våra projekt och initiativ.

Som en del av vårt Data & Analytics-team bidrar du till att forma och vidareutveckla vår moderna BI- och dataarkitektur. Arbetet omfattar både nyutveckling och vidareutveckling av befintliga lösningar, samt ansvar för att säkerställa kvalitet, struktur och design i vår data warehouse-miljö.

Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter

  • Leda projekt och säkerställa leverans i både mindre och större initiativ.
  • Utveckla och förvalta vårt SQL Server-baserade data warehouse.
  • Modellera och designa datalagerlösningar med fokus på prestanda och skalbarhet.
  • Utveckla i Qlik Sense, inklusive datamodellering och visualiseringar.
  • Arbeta med Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
  • Arbeta med SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
  • Analysera, strukturera och kombinera data från flera källor.
  • Samarbeta med globala intressenter och interna team.
  • Driva förbättringar, effektiviseringar och standardisering inom BI-området.

Din profil

  • Minst 5 års erfarenhet inom BI-utveckling.
  • Mycket god kunskap i Microsoft SQL.
  • Kunskap i Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) och SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
  • Förmåga att bygga och optimera ETL-processer samt datamodeller.
  • Erfarenhet av utveckling i Qlik Sense.
  • God förståelse för data warehouse-arkitektur och designprinciper.
  • Van att arbeta i projekt och leda projekt från start till mål.
  • Starkt analytiskt tänkande och förmåga att hantera flera uppgifter parallellt.
  • Initiativtagande, kommunikativ och med hög samarbetsförmåga.
  • Flytande svenska och engelska i tal och skrift.
  • Relevant akademisk utbildning eller motsvarande erfarenhet.

Meriterande kunskaper

  • Erfarenhet av Data Lake/Data Lakehouse-lösningar.
  • Programmering i Python för dataanalys och automatisering.
  • Kännedom om Kimball-principer för dimensionell modellering.
