  • Du begleitest Finanzdienstleister bei Transformationsvorhaben an der Schnittstelle von IT-Security, Regulatorik, Organisation und Technologie.
  • Du verantwortest Workstreams – von der Strukturierung der Fragestellung über Zielbilder für Sicherheitsorganisation und IT-Architektur bis zur Umsetzung.
  • Du konkretisierst risikoorientierte Sollschutzvorgaben und übersetzt sie mit IT, Informationssicherheit und Architektur in umsetzbare Anforderungen und Maßnahmen.
  • Du konzipierst und steuerst Resilienztests, bewertest Ergebnisse und leitest konkrete Verbesserungsmaßnahmen ab.
  • Du entwickelst belastbare Analysen, Empfehlungen und Roadmaps und moderierst Entscheidungen zwischen fachlichen, regulatorischen und technischen Stakeholdern.
  • Du bringst dich in den Aufbau unseres Teams und den Ausbau unseres Beratungsangebots für Financial Services und IT-Security ein.

Dein Profil

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, MINT/STEM, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einem vergleichbaren technisch geprägten Fachgebiet. Alternativ verfügst du über eine gleichwertige Qualifikation und nachweisbare mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Informationssicherheit oder IT.
  • Du bringst relevante Erfahrung in der Beratung oder in einem regulierten Transformationsumfeld mit – als Consultant idealerweise zwei bis vier, als Senior Consultant vier bis sechs Jahre.
  • Du verstehst regulatorische Anforderungen und ihre Auswirkungen auf IT-Governance, Informationssicherheit, Organisation und Technologie.
  • Du verfügst über ein solides Verständnis von IT-Architektur und Informationssicherheit, etwa in Cloud Security, IAM, Security Operations, IT-Risikomanagement oder Business Continuity.
  • Idealerweise hast du Erfahrung mit dem Three-Lines-of-Defense-Modell, Sollschutzvorgaben, Resilienztests oder Zielbildern für Sicherheitsorganisation und IT-Architektur.
  • Du steuerst Workstreams eigenständig, moderierst unterschiedliche Interessen und übersetzt komplexe Themen in klare Entscheidungen und Maßnahmen.
  • Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch (mindestens C1-Niveau) und Englisch und bist bei Bedarf bei unseren Klient*innen vor Ort.
