  • Du übernimmst Verantwortung für definierte Workstreams in Transformationsprojekten – von der Strukturierung über die Umsetzung bis zur Abstimmung mit unseren Kund*innen
  • Du berätst unsere Kund*innen umfassend zu Strategie, Technologie, IT Architektur und digitalen Geschäftsmodellen und hilfst dabei, die richtigen Optionen und Prioritäten abzuleiten
  • Komplexe technische Inhalte übersetzt du in klare, entscheidungsreife Botschaften, z. B. als saubere Analysen, Empfehlungen und präsentationsreife Unterlagen
  • In der Zusammenarbeit steuerst du relevante Stakeholder, moderierst Abstimmungen und Workshops und arbeitest eng mit internen Expert*innen und externen Partnern zusammen
  • Du entwickelst gemeinsam mit dem Team und dem Klienten fundierte Lösungsansätze und leitest daraus belastbare Entscheidungsgrundlagen ab
  • Dabei arbeitest du an technologiegetriebenen Initiativen in Branchen wie Financial Services, Tech, Manufacturing, Private Equity & International Development und bringst dich mit Ownership auch in interne Themen ein

Dein Profil

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium (Business, MINT/STEM oder vergleichbar) und kannst komplexe technische und strategische Fragestellungen schnell erfassen und einordnen
  • Du bringst relevante Erfahrung in der Beratung, in der IT oder im Transformationsumfeld mit (Consultant ca. 2–4 Jahre / Senior ca. 4–6 Jahre) und hast bereits Verantwortung im Projekt übernommen
  • Du bist stark in Projekt und Stakeholder Management, setzt Prioritäten, steuerst Workstreams und bleibst auch unter Druck souverän
  • Du arbeitest analytisch, strukturiert und pragmatisch und leitest aus komplexen Themen klare Handlungsempfehlungen ab
  • Du hast ein gutes Tech Verständnis (z. B. IT Architektur, Cloud, KI, Plattformen) und bewertest Technologien sicher im Kontext digitaler Geschäftsmodelle
  • Du arbeitest gerne im Team, unterstützt deine Kolleg*innen aktiv, bindest sie gezielt ein und holst dir proaktiv Feedback zur Weiterentwicklung
  • Du kommunizierst klar und adressatengerecht auf Deutsch und Englisch und arbeitest gerne international – inklusive Reisebereitschaft
