Soms loopt een dag net even anders dan gepland. Een collega is ziek en op een afdeling is extra hulp nodig. Dan kom jij in beeld! Als flexibele zorgcollega bij Amarosa spring je bij waar je het hardst nodig bent. Je brengt rust, helpt je collega’s uit de brand en zorgt ervoor dat onze bewoners de aandacht en zorg krijgen die ze verdienen.

En juist dat maakt jouw werk zo afwisselend en waardevol.

Wat ga je doen?

Je werkt op verschillende locaties van Amarosa in Wassenaar. Je hebt een vaste dienst van 8.00 tot 14.00 uur en wordt op een locatie ingepland. Maar als er ergens anders onverwacht extra hulp nodig is, ben jij degene die bijspringt.

Dit doe je door:

  • Persoonlijke verzorging en ondersteuning te bieden aan onze bewoners;
  • Bij te springen op verschillende locaties en afdelingen als dat nodig is;
  • Je collega’s te ondersteunen, zodat de zorg goed door kan gaan;
  • Te zorgen voor een vertrouwd gezicht en persoonlijke aandacht voor onze bewoners;
  • Flexibel in te spelen op onverwachte situaties en samen met je collega’s ervoor te zorgen dat iedereen de zorg krijgt die nodig is.

Wie ben jij?

Je bent flexibel, behulpzaam en vindt het fijn om iets voor een ander te betekenen. Je houdt van afwisseling en voelt je snel thuis. Je ziet wat er nodig is en denkt in oplossingen.

Verder:

  • Heb je een diploma Helpende zorg en welzijn, Helpende Plus of Verzorgende IG;
  • Vind je het leuk om op verschillende locaties en afdelingen te werken, zowel somatische als psychogeriatrische afdelingen;
  • Kun je goed schakelen en speel je in op onverwachte situaties.

Wij bieden jou!

  • Een uitdagende en afwisselende functie in een kleinschalige professionele organisatie;
  • Dagdiensten van 8.00 tot 14.00 uur, van maandag tot en met vrijdag;
  • De mogelijkheid om ook in het weekend te werken als je dat graag wilt, deze diensten zijn van 7.00 tot 13.00 uur en van 16.00 tot 22.00 uur;
  • Samenwerking met verschillende teams en collega’s;
  • Contracturen en werkdagen in overleg;
  • Een salaris volgens de CAO Verpleeg- en Verzorgingshuizen & Thuiszorg de functie helpende is ingedeeld in FWG 25 (max. €3.233,- bij 36 uur), helpende plus in FWG 30 (max. €3.410,- bij 36 uur) en verzorgende IG in FWG 40 (max. €3.864,- bij 36 uur);
  • Vakantietoeslag van 8% en een eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33% over het bruto jaarsalaris;
  • Meerkeuzesysteem arbeidsvoorwaarden (bijvoorbeeld voor de aankoop van een elektrische fiets of het kopen van extra verlofdagen;
  • Reiskostenvergoeding;
  • Een pensioenregeling bij pensioenfonds Zorg en Welzijn.
