Responsável por apoiar a gestão e a operação da frota de veículos, auxiliando no controle de documentação, manutenção, abastecimento e disponibilidade dos veículos. Atua em contato com motoristas, fornecedores e áreas internas para contribuir com uma operação organizada, segura e eficiente.

Responsabilidade:

  • Acompanhar a disponibilidade e a utilização dos veículos da frota.
  • Controlar vencimentos de documentos, licenças, seguros e inspeções.
  • Apoiar o agendamento de manutenções preventivas e corretivas e acompanhar sua execução.
  • Registrar informações sobre abastecimento, quilometragem, multas e ocorrências.
  • Organizar e atualizar planilhas, sistemas e arquivos relacionados à frota.
  • Dar suporte a motoristas em solicitações e orientações operacionais.
  • Solicitar orçamentos e manter contato com oficinas, locadoras e outros fornecedores.
  • Preparar relatórios e apoiar o acompanhamento de custos e indicadores da frota.

Requisitos:

  • Ensino médio completo; formação técnica ou superior em Logística, Administração ou áreas relacionadas é desejável.
  • CNH categoria AD;
  • Conhecimentos básicos de informática, especialmente planilhas e ferramentas de escritório.
  • Organização e atenção aos detalhes no controle de registros e prazos.
  • Boa comunicação e facilidade para lidar com motoristas, fornecedores e equipes internas.
  • Capacidade de acompanhar demandas simultâneas e cumprir prazos.
  • Experiência com rotinas de frota, transporte ou logística é desejável.
