The Account Based Marketing (ABM) Manager will join the AWS LATAM Marketing team in Brazil, supporting the development and execution of ABM campaigns designed to drive revenue growth and AI and cloud adoption among enterprise-level customers and key accounts in the Brazilian market. This role involves partnering closely with sales teams to create personalized marketing campaigns, developing targeted content for decision-makers across industries, and tracking campaign performance through data-driven insights. The ABM Manager will act as a marketing point of contact with sales teams, participating in account planning sessions, sales calls, and Quarterly Business Reviews, while leveraging global marketing resources to address field needs with creativity and efficiency.
Key job responsibilities The ABM Manager is responsible for designing and implementing ABM strategies targeting high-value accounts in Brazil, working in close partnership with sales teams to build personalized campaigns aligned with account objectives. This includes developing targeted content and programs that resonate with enterprise decision-makers, tracking and optimizing campaign performance using data and metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and customer experience. The role also requires acting as a key marketing contact for sales teams and leaders, participating in account planning, sales calls, meetings, and QBRs, and leveraging global marketing resources to fulfill field requirements while finding ways to invent and simplify without relying on large budgets.
A day in the life On a day-to-day basis, the ABM Manager coordinates with sales teams to align account priorities and campaign execution, develops and refines targeted content and marketing materials for specific accounts and industries, monitors and analyzes ABM campaign performance data to identify optimization opportunities, and participates in sales team calls and planning sessions. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders — including field marketing, global marketing, pre-sales, and solution architects — to ensure program alignment and consistent customer experience, as well as managing project timelines and stakeholder communications to keep campaigns on track.

- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience - Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements - Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion - Experience in brand identity and voice development - Experience creating brand marketing content
- Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs - Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation
