このポジションでは、Amazonで急速な進化を遂げる広告事業において、動画広告セールスの重要な役割を担っていただきます。
広告主のビジネス目標およびマーケティング課題を深く理解した上で、Prime Video広告を中心とした動画広告ソリューション（Fire TV、Twitch、DSP経由の3rd party動画広告等）を活用し、ブランド構築および中長期的な成長を支援します。
本ポジションは新設ロールとして、新規顧客開拓に対する明確なオーナーシップを担います。動画広告を起点に、これまでAmazon Adsと接点の少なかった広告主も含め、幅広い顧客に対してAmazonが持つ購買シグナルや独自のインサイトを活用した価値提案を行い、長期的なパートナーシップ構築を目指します。
パフォーマンスマーケティングに限定せず、Amazon Adsの認知ソリューションの価値を分かりやすく伝え、動画広告が広告主のビジネスにどのようなインパクトをもたらすのかを、中長期視点で説明する役割も担います。
Key job responsibilities - 広告会社と連携し、オンライン動画広告などの認知獲得型広告ソリューションの販売を通じて、新規広告主の獲得を行う。 - 長期的にみて、なぜ、動画広告を視聴しているオーディエンスにリーチするのが重要かを説得力のあるストーリーを構築して説明する。 - 価値のあるソリューションを通じて、進んで新規顧客開拓を行う。 - 提案を行い続け、案件を作成し、新規広告主からの予算獲得に必要な、決定権者に影響を与える。 - 代理店、広告主の双方における決定権者と信頼関係を構築する。 - アカウント戦略を俯瞰し、どの動画ソリューションが最も適しているかを整理して明らかにする。 - 既存、新規を問わず、広告主に対し、営業活動を行い、優れた顧客サービスを提供する。 - 広告主の目的にそった提案書を作成し、提案する。
A day in the life Prime Video広告を中心とした動画広告ソリューションの提案機会が見込まれる広告主を特定します。
広告主のマーケティング目標や課題を理解した上で、Amazonが保有するインサイトを活用し、調査・検証を行いながら提案書を作成します。提案活動では対面でのコミュニケーションを重視。キャンペーン実施後は効果分析を通じて成果を可視化します。
得られた示唆をもとに、継続的な予算獲得や次なるビジネス機会の創出につなげていきます。
About the team Large Customer Salesは大手企業を担当する組織です。フルファネルで価値提供を行い、生活者行動シグナルに基づくマーケティングの可視化と成果創出を重視します。広告代理店・各領域のスペシャリストと協業し、独自の価値を提供します。
このポジションは、主に、ホスピタリティ、リテール、クラシファイドカテゴリーの広告主様を新規顧客開拓を担当いただく営業担当となります。TVCMやSNS上で日々目にする大手メーカー様に対し、Amazonならではのマーケティングソリューションをご提供することで、ブランドのビジネスゴール達成に貢献します。
- 6+ years of selling advertising or advertising-like services experience - 3+ years of OTT or SVOD advertising experience - Experience in online advertising or high-tech products/services - Speak, write, and read fluently in Japanese at a business level or above (N1+) - Experience using English communication skills, both written and verbal, to foster seamless interaction with stakeholders at all levels - Experience with external customer interaction, or experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including colleagues and leadership
- Experience in customer acquisition - Experience in the advertising, media or agency landscape, and proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales revenue goals via new and existing business - Experience closing deals across small and large advertisers - Experience building and cultivating relationships with internal and external stakeholders
