A equipe da Amazon Brasil está procurando um Analista de Operações de Inbound para integrar o time do Fulfillment Center (FC). Essa pessoa atuará como analista de dados da operação de Inbound, sendo responsável por análises detalhadas (dive deep), criação de relatórios e dashboards que facilitem a otimização dos processos de recebimento, armazenamento e movimentação de inventário.

Essa pessoa será responsável pela gestão de dados e processos da área de Inbound do FC, garantindo o desempenho e a conformidade das operações de recebimento. Trabalhará em um ambiente altamente colaborativo, mais próximo de uma start-up do que de uma grande empresa.

Essa pessoa deverá prosperar e entregar resultados em um ambiente dinâmico, rápido e sujeito a ambiguidades, onde a análise e a tomada de decisão baseada em dados são fundamentais para o sucesso da operação de Inbound.

Key job responsibilities - Desenvolver e manter dashboards e relatórios para monitorar o desempenho operacional; - Realizar análises detalhadas (dive deep) para identificar oportunidades de melhoria nos processos operacionais; - Apoiar na configuração de sistemas para otimizar os processos de Inbound; - Analisar dados de diversas fontes, identificar tendências relevantes e apoiar na tomada de decisões estratégicas para o negócio; - Propor soluções simples e eficazes para problemas complexos, baseando-se na análise de dados; - Criar e implementar ferramentas analíticas para aprimorar a eficiência operacional; - Investigar a fundo as causas raiz dos problemas operacionais.

- Experience with Excel - Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications - Experience in customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing - SQL, data analysis, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, QuickSight, or similar); - Bachelor degree, or higher education
