Key job responsibilities - Apoyar en el reclutamiento y la incorporación de nuevos asociados

- Apoyar en la auditoría del cumplimiento de procesos y procedimientos definidos, incluyendo pero no limitado a la gestión de Sistema de Seguimiento de Candidatos, elegibilidad, reportes y experiencia del asociado.

- Proporcionar datos relacionados con asociados temporales según se requiera

- Identificar e implementar mejoras de procesos de manera continua

- Participar en proyectos específicos de Personal/FC (Centro de Distribución)

- Desarrollar y mantener procesos de comunicación efectivos para asegurar un flujo de información fluido y eficiente entre los principales interesados

- Realizar cualquier otra tarea según lo solicite el Gerente del área

- Apoyar regularmente las sesiones de inducción para evaluar la calidad de la entrega y proporcionar retroalimentación constructiva y coaching al equipo de entrega

A day in the life En el día a día, esta posición realiza actividades relacionadas con la atracción, procesamiento y seguimiento de candidatos que aplican a vacantes de Nivel 1. Gran parte del tiempo se deben ejecutar Eventos de Nuevas Contrataciones, así como actividades relacionadas con eventos de reclutamiento, ferias de empleo, activaciones de referidos, sesiones informativas, llamadas de seguimiento y conversión de prospectos, entre otras.

- 6+ months of human resources experience - 6+ months of customer service experience - 6+ months of Microsoft Office products and applications experience - Bachelor's degree or equivalent

- 1+ years of human resources experience - 1+ years of customer service experience - 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience - Speak, write, and read fluently in English
