The posting

The Customer Fulfillment (CF) Amazon Customer Excellence System (ACES) Inbound team is looking for a committed Process & Systems Engineer (PSE) with a strong record of achieving results to own and drive continuous improvement, process standardization, and operational excellence across Inbound operations. This role will partner with site leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable improvements in safety, quality, productivity, and cost within the Inbound network.

Key job responsibilities - Own end-to-end process improvement initiatives across Inbound functions, leveraging Lean Six Sigma methodology and data-driven analysis. - Establish and maintain benchmarking standards, setting network-level rates and driving process sustainability and standardization across multiple sites. - Partner with Inbound, Engineering, and Technology teams to identify network-level opportunities, eliminate process variation, and deploy scalable solutions. - Drive stakeholder development by building continuous improvement culture, developing SMEs, and coaching site leadership on CI tools and methodologies. - Lead cross-functional projects end-to-end, including scoping, chartering, executing, and sustaining improvements with measurable business impact. - Analyze operational data to identify root causes of performance gaps, develop actionable insights, and implement corrective actions. - Support technology deployment and automation initiatives to improve Inbound efficiency and reduce defects. - Create and maintain standard work documentation, SOPs, and best practices for Inbound processes. - Influence senior leadership through data-driven recommendations and strategic program updates (WBR, MBR, QBR).

A day in the life You keep Inbound running at a high standard for our customers, working across any of the Inbound processes like Receive, Stow, IXD, Crossdock, and Transfers. On a typical day you review how the operation is performing, spot what is not meeting the standard, and drive continuous improvement with the Ops teams on the floor. You write and update the procedures that keep the process consistent, and you look at how other countries solve the same problems to bring the best ideas through benchmarking. You partner daily with Ops leaders, Process Engineers across LatAm, and support teams to keep service steady.

About the team We are ACES Inbound LatAm, a Process Engineering team covering Mexico and Brazil. Our mission is to make Inbound faster, safer, and more reliable for the operation, our Sellers, and ultimately our customers. We own the standards and the systems behind Receive, Stow, and IXD, and we work across both countries to build one way of working. You would join a close knit, hands on team that solves real problems in the building and takes ideas from the floor all the way to network standards. We care about results and about growing our people.

- Experience with Six Sigma tools and Lean techniques, or experience in similar environments - Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership - 3+ years of industrial engineer, operations engineer, manufacturing engineer, or project engineer in a manufacturing environment experience - Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal - Bachelor's degree

- Experience with continuous improvement processes - Experience driving improvement programs in the operations, engineering and support fields

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.
