L'équipe RME (Reliability Maintenance Engineering) d'Amazon est le garant de la performance opérationnelle de nos sites. En tant que Planificateur de Maintenance, vous jouerez un rôle stratégique au cœur de notre réseau. Vous serez l'expert(e) de la planification et de l'optimisation de nos ressources de maintenance, en anticipant les besoins avant qu'ils ne deviennent des problèmes.

Basé(e) sur l'un de nos sites opérationnels, vous maîtriserez notre système de gestion de la maintenance assistée par ordinateur (GMAO) et assurerez la disponibilité optimale de nos équipements dans un environnement dynamique et innovant.

Key job responsibilities - Excellence en sécurité: Garantir la conformité de tous les équipements aux normes européennes de sécurité. Planifier les maintenances préventives pour éliminer les risques avant qu'ils ne surviennent - Excellence opérationnelle: Optimiser l'allocation des ressources de maintenance via notre logiciel GMAO. Analyser en continu les performances des équipements et ajuster les niveaux de stock de pièces détachées. Assurer la fiabilité des données de maintenance et la précision des prévisions - Innovation & Amélioration Continue: Identifier les opportunités d'amélioration des processus de maintenance. Collaborer avec le réseau européen RME pour partager les meilleures pratiques

- Expérience préalable dans la planification et l’audit d’activités de maintenance - Maîtrise d’un logiciel GMAO - Expérience préalable dans la gestion d’inventaires de pièces détachées - Parfaite maîtrise de l’anglais, à l’écrit et à l’oral

- Diplôme dans une discipline technique, ou dans le domaine des opérations ou de l’administration des affaires - Connaissance de la plateforme Infor de gestion des actifs d’entreprise (EAM) - Connaissance des processus nécessaires au déploiement d’un nouveau système de GMAO - Expérience dans la formation ou le coaching de collègues
