An ability to take large, complex projects and break them down into manageable pieces, develop functional specifications, then deliver them in a successful and timely manner is expected. Maturity, high judgment, negotiation skills, ability to influence, analytical talent and leadership are essential to success in this role. You should also have the ability to coach, and mentor individuals; build a strong cross-functional organization. It also requires backbone to lead upward as it will drive program adoption with senior leadership and customers while demonstrating empathy in responding to evolving customer needs. • Build consensus across VP organizations through effective narratives and presentations, representing complex operational and technical trade-offs clearly • Manage executive-level escalations with excellent judgment, balancing operational constraints with business priorities • Establish and own success metrics that connect operational and technical improvements to business outcomes • Create mechanisms for continuous visibility and proactive risk identification and represent team in Monthly, Quarterly business reviews to translate operational metrics into business impact for executive audiences • Quantify the business impact of product features, technical improvements and communicate ROI to leadership • Team Development & Community Building, Drive knowledge sharing, build knowledge artifacts • Amplify impact by creating and optimizing critical mechanisms that enable teams to deliver independently • Actively develop the program management community through mentoring, promotion assessments, and knowledge sharing • Raise the bar for program management excellence across Amazon Shipping • Streamline processes and drive adoption of best practices across multiple organizations • Use Generative AI for data analysis, generating insights on technical and business metrics, risks, dependencies and program status management

You'll collaborate closely with: • Product Management teams defining capabilities and roadmaps, status • Commercial teams driving enterprise shipper adoption and delivery SLAs • Engineering organizations building support, claims, billing/payments and delivery tracking platforms • Operations teams supporting global shipping networks • Principal Engineers and Architects on technical decisions • VP-level leadership across multiple organizations

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
