The posting

Over 60% of sales in the Amazon store come from third-party sellers. The Seller Acquisition and Education (SAE) team recruits and empowers new Amazon sellers by connecting them with the information, services, and resources they need to launch and grow successful businesses.

SAE is investing in a global approach to seller education, and we are looking for a self-directed, AI-fluent program manager to join our content team. In this role, you will own the content strategy and creation for specific topic verticals that directly shape the seller experience. You will partner with product managers, business owners, and other content creators to understand seller needs, then research, write, design, and launch educational content across multiple formats — including video, written guides, and contextual text. The content you produce will drive seller engagement and high-value actions that enable sellers to register, launch, and grow their Amazon business. If you are curious, adaptable, and energized by turning complex topics into clear, compelling resources, we want to hear from you.

Key job responsibilities - Own the content roadmap for assigned topic verticals, using data to prioritize what to create, update, or retire and where to place content for the right seller at the right time. - Research, script, and produce educational content across formats such as video, written guides, and contextual text snippets, leveraging AI-based production and design tools to accelerate output. - Partner with product managers, business owners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align content with seller needs, placement opportunities, and program goals. - Track content impact metrics and maintain published assets according to health and quality guidelines, iterating to improve seller engagement and outcomes. - Manage a portfolio of concurrent projects end to end — scoping efforts, setting milestones, mitigating risks, and communicating progress to stakeholders.

A day in the life You will split your time between heads-down strategy and creation work and collaboration with partners across the organization. A typical morning might start with reviewing content performance data and adjusting your roadmap priorities, followed by a scripting or video-production session using AI tooling. In the afternoon, you could join a working session with a product manager to plan where new educational content will surface for sellers, then wrap up by conducting peer review or updating your project tracker. You'll attend internal meetings throughout the week, including content prioritization sessions, WBRs, syncs with your manager, and collaborative work sessions with peers.

About the team The SAE Content team sits within Amazon's Seller Partner Experience (SPX) organization. Our mission is to make sure every seller in every Amazon store worldwide has access to relevant, high-quality education that helps them succeed. We are a collaborative group of content strategists and creators who care deeply about clarity, quality, and measurable impact. The team invests in continuous learning — including monthly dedicated learning days and regular career development conversations — and team members build growing expertise in AI tools and content production techniques. There are opportunities to take on broader responsibilities within the team or across SPX as you grow.

- 3+ years of program or project management experience - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements - Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams - Bachelor's degree in communications or equivalent

- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience - Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization - Experience building processes, project management, and schedules - Demonstrated experience leveraging generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency and productivity, with the ability to craft effective prompts and critically evaluate AI-generated outputs in a professional setting - 3+ years of content creation or similar experience

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
