Als Rezeptionist:in bist du unser freundliches Aushängeschild und sorgst in einem unserer „First Mile“-Fulfillment-Center (FC) dafür, dass Besucher und Mitarbeiter einen positiven ersten Eindruck gewinnen. In dieser wichtigen Rolle arbeitest du mit dem Assistenten des Standortleiters (GMA) zusammen, um reibungslose Abläufe und Programme zu gewährleisten und so dazu beizutragen, ein sicheres und einladendes Arbeitsumfeld für alle zu schaffen.

Diese Rolle deckt [20:00-05:00 Uhr, FC Großkneten] ab.

Key job responsibilities - Leitung des Empfangsbereichs und proaktive Koordination von Besprechungen mit Besuchern sowie Betreuung der Gäste - Verwaltung der Aus- und Rückgabe verschiedener Besprechungsressourcen wie Projektoren, Flipcharts und Büromaterial - Koordination von Taxibuchungen und des Tracking-Systems - Zusammenarbeit mit dem GMA des Standorts und dem Community Ambassador zur Planung, Koordination und Durchführung von Engagement-Programmen vor Ort, großen jährlichen Veranstaltungen und Amazon Community Impact-Aktivitäten - Unterstützung bei Standort-Anerkennungsprogrammen - Pflege und Erstellung von Standortkommunikation, um sicherzustellen, dass alle Inhalte über alle Kommunikationskanäle hinweg korrekt und aktuell sind - Unterstützung des General Managers und des gesamten Führungsteams in der Funktion als Assistent des General Managers, um Jahresurlaub/Abwesenheiten in Abstimmung mit dem offiziellen Stellvertreter des GMA zu überbrücken - Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem GMA zur Unterstützung und Mitwirkung bei allen anfallenden administrativen Aufgaben entsprechend den Anforderungen des Standorts - Bearbeitung der Post und Beantwortung eingehender Anrufe, falls zutreffend - Reisebuchungen für Mitarbeiter - Beschaffung von Waren und Dienstleistungen über die Coupa-Beschaffungsplattform

A day in the life In dieser Rolle arbeitest du täglich mit allen Kolleginnen und Kollegen am Standort zusammen. Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören die Bearbeitung des gesamten internen und externen Postverkehrs, die Unterstützung bei der Buchung von Besprechungsräumen sowie die Beantwortung sämtlicher Anfragen von Mitarbeitenden und Besuchern. Darüber hinaus wirkst du aktiv bei Maßnahmen zur Mitarbeiterbindung und bei Anerkennungsprogrammen mit.

Unsere Fullfilment-Center werden manchmal auch als die „erste Meile“ (First Mile) bezeichnet – hier starten die meisten Amazon-Pakete ihren Versandweg. Wir unterstützen die Verwaltung eines dynamischen Bestands und ermöglichen schnelle Zustellungen rund um die Uhr. In unseren Fulfillment-Centern sind vielfältige Mitarbeitergruppen beschäftigt. Es gibt zahlreiche Möglichkeiten für Menschen mit den verschiedensten Fähigkeiten. Einige von uns arbeiten mit physischen Produkten. Andere analysieren Daten und helfen unternehmensweit dabei, intelligente Entscheidungen zu treffen.

- Fortgeschrittene Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1 Gemeinsamer Europäischer Referenzrahmen, CEFR). - Erfahrung im Umgang mit der MS-Office-Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in einem professionellen Umfeld.

- Fortgeschrittene Englischkenntnisse - Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kunden sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten - Erfahrung im Stakeholder-Management, im Umgang mit verschiedenen Interessengruppen auf unterschiedlichen Ebenen der Organisation - Fähigkeit, proaktiv und selbstständig zu arbeiten, Fristen einzuhalten und Projekte sowie Aufgaben erfolgreich abzuschließen - Erfahrung in der Leitung und/oder Koordination von Projekten in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld - Sorgfältige Arbeitsweise - Erfahrung mit Veranstaltungen oder im Bereich Kundenbindung
