The posting

The Solutions Architect is APAJ's technical lead for automated quality judgment. The role partners with Quality Specialists, QOMs, Science and Engineering to move workflows from sampled batch inspection to trustworthy unit-level judgment, and acts as a Technical Bar Raiser for judge builders.

- 2+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience - 4+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience - 5+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries experience - Experience using a current programming language, such as Python, to build scripts, prototypes or reusable components - Experience with large language models, prompt design or automated evaluation

- Experience working within software development or Internet-related industries - Experience working with AWS technologies from a dev/ops perspective - Experience building or evaluating ML- or LLM-based quality or evaluation systems in production - Experience interpreting precision, recall, calibration, agreement or error-analysis results - Experience with data annotation, labelling or content-quality workflows - Familiarity with data-classification, access-control or security review requirements

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?
