Key job responsibilities - Überwachung der Standortleistung anhand festgelegter KPIs und Erstellung von Plänen zur Verbesserung von Prozessen. - Entwicklung von Programmen für den Arbeitsschutz und Planung von Schulungen. - Auswertung von Sicherheitskennzahlen und Trends bei Vorfällen, um Kolleg:innen bei der Ressourcenplanung für Bereiche mit dem höchsten Risiko zu unterstützen. - Durchführung von Audits, um die Einhaltung der relevanten Arbeitsschutzgesetze sicherzustellen und Lösungen bei identifizierten Risiken umzusetzen.

A day in the life Du arbeitest vor Ort an einem unserer Logistikstandorte — einem Fulfillment Center, Sortierzentrum oder einer Lieferstation. Dort nimmst Du die Prozesse genau unter die Lupe. Neben der Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Arbeitsschutzvorschriften erkennst Du mögliche Probleme und Chancen für Verbesserungen. Du arbeitest eng mit Mitarbeitenden im gesamten Unternehmen zusammen, um die Risiken zu verstehen, denen sie ausgesetzt sind, und sammelst Daten, um intelligentere und sicherere Arbeitsweisen zu entwickeln. Außerdem entwickelst Du Schulungen und andere Programme, damit alle die neuen Sicherheitsprozesse befolgen und neue Standards erreichen.

About the team Das Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) Team spielt eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Gewährleistung des mentalen und körperlichen Wohlbefindens unserer Mitarbeitenden am Arbeitsplatz. Unser Team arbeitet mit Führungskräften, Mitarbeitenden und lokalen Behörden an allen unseren Standorten zusammen, um die Einhaltung der Amazon-Richtlinien und gesetzlichen Vorschriften sicherzustellen und die Sicherheit unserer Arbeitsumgebungen zu gewährleisten. Das Team bietet vielfältige Möglichkeiten — von Safety Technicians bis hin zu Programm Manager:innen. Unabhängig von Deiner Position trägst Du zur Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Sicherheitsstrategie im gesamten Netzwerk bei.

- Ein Bachelorabschluss oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation entsprechend dem Europäischen Qualifikationsrahmen (EQF). - Zertifizierung als Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit (gemäß §6 ASiG). - Kenntnis der deutschen Arbeitsschutzgesetzgebung. - Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (B2), in Wort und Schrift.

- Bevorzugte Qualifikationen sind nicht erforderlich, um sich bei Amazon zu bewerben.
