Key job responsibilities 職務内容詳細 1. 担当商品カテゴリーの売上・利益目標の設定と進捗管理 担当商品カテゴリーの予算作成・実行プロセスの管理に責任をもち、社内外の関係者からの情報を踏まえて当該カテゴリーの売上・利益目標を設定し、その実行プロセスを管理します。

2. 販売データ・市場領域動向の分析と、それに基づく販売戦略の立案、実施、改善 販売データ・市場領域動向分析を行い、販売戦略を立案し、それを実行するとともに、必要に応じた改善をリードして行います。

3. 最適な仕入れ先の選定・開拓と、仕入れ条件の最適化 仕入れ先の開拓・選定に関する分析を行い、最適な仕入れ計画を立案し、それを実行します。

4. ディストリビューター/メーカーとの強力なパートナーシップの確立 日頃からの円滑かつタイムリーなコミュニケーションを通じて、ディストリビューター/メーカーとの強力なパートナーシップを確立・維持するとともに、より複雑な状況下においても、戦略的判断と効果的な折衝・交渉によりパートナーシップを強化します。

5. ウェブを活用したプロモーションプランの企画、立案、販売（対メーカー） 社内外の関係者と協働し、ウェブを活用したプロモーション計画の立案・実行管理を行います。

6. 社内関連部署との連携 シニアマネジメント層を含む社内関連部署（事業部長、在庫管理担当者、ウェブ制作担当者、出品者事業担当者、およびマーケティング部門など）と密接に連携し、効率化と高質化を目指しながら上記の各業務を遂行します。

7. プロジェクトへの参画 全社に影響を及ぼし得る複数のプロジェクトに参画し、プロジェクトをリード、あるいはメンバーとして実績を残します。

8. AIを駆使して業務の効率化、成長戦略への貢献の仕組み作りを行います。

About the team ＜ホーム事業部について＞ ホーム事業部は、調理器具（鍋、フライパン、包丁）、水筒、食器から、掃除・防災用品、生活雑貨、時計、収納用品、棚、寝具、家具等、家の中の電気を使わないあらゆる商品を取り扱う事業部です。品揃え拡大のポテンシャルが大きく、まだまだ取引出来ていないブランドを多く抱えており、高い成長が期待されています。また、テストマーケティングや他の事業部とのタイアップ企画等、Amazonでの販売に対して積極的なメーカーが多く、発想次第で大きな取り組みを実現する事も可能です。新卒からベテランからまで、個性豊かで成長に飢えたメンバーが集まっています。

- 学士以上の学位 - リテール、営業またはビジネスマネジメント・コンサルティングにおける交渉の経験5年以上 - 財務分析およびP&L管理の経験 - Excel使用経験3年以上 (データ分析に基づく戦略立案・実行の経験) - 日本語力: ビジネスレベル以上 （社内外のステークホルダーとの円滑なコミュニケーションが可能）

- ベンダーとの交渉、価格設定およびプロモーション、在庫管理、商品開発に関する経験 - 大規模なデータセットの管理・活用を通じて、パフォーマンスおよび業務プロセスの改善を推進した経験 - コンサルティングや事業企画の経験歓迎 - 担当カテゴリーの業界経験あれば尚可 - ビジネスレベル以上の英語語力（読み書き・会話）
