Nuestro equipo busca un/a WHS (Workplace, Health & Safety) Manager que dará soporte a las operaciones de Amazon Fresh. Este puesto es responsable de proporcionar soporte técnico, ejecución táctica y desarrollar una estrategia de expansión futura en un entorno ambiguo y de ritmo acelerado. Será responsable de colaborar con el equipo de operaciones y el equipo Global de WHS para ejecutar los procedimientos de seguridad de la empresa y garantizar el cumplimiento de todas las normativas aplicables a nivel nacional e internacional. Mediante evaluaciones de riesgos y auditorías de cumplimiento, liderará iniciativas de mejora continua para minimizar riesgos e implementar las mejores prácticas. Debe ser un/a comunicador/a eficaz, capaz de transmitir mensajes claros, concisos y coherentes, tanto de forma verbal como escrita. Debe poseer un sólido conocimiento de la normativa en materia de salud y seguridad laboral, y demostrar esta experiencia al trabajar con equipos en toda la EU. Deberá prosperar y ejecutar una estrategia en múltiples centros dentro de un entorno de ritmo acelerado.

Key job responsibilities Gobernanza y evaluación de riesgos: Asegurar que los procesos básicos de gobernanza y evaluación de riesgos estén implantados, actualizados y bajo la responsabilidad de los líderes de cada centro.

Responsabilidad operativa y seguimiento: Colaborar con los líderes de centro para asegurar la ejecución de los requisitos de seguridad, el registro de las acciones y el seguimiento de su cierre.

Estándares y procesos de seguridad: Asegurar que los equipos de Operaciones conocen y son capaces de ejecutar los procesos y herramientas de seguridad (Safety Toolkit), involucrar a los asociados y verificar el cumplimiento de los estándares mínimos.

Gestión e investigación de incidentes: Asegurar que los equipos de dirección de los centros son capaces de investigar incidentes, identificar causas raíz, aplicar correctamente los criterios de registrabilidad y garantizar la calidad de los datos reportados en Austin.

Salud laboral y cumplimiento local: Colaborar con los centros y RR. HH. para asegurar que los servicios y procesos de salud laboral cumplen los requisitos legales y operativos aplicables en cada país.

Liderazgo y cultura de seguridad: Desarrollar las capacidades de los líderes y equipos mediante orientación, formación y acompañamiento, promoviendo una cultura de seguridad integrada en las operaciones diarias.

- Formación universitaria y cualificación como Técnico Superior en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales (incluyendo las especialidades de Seguridad en el Trabajo, Higiene Industrial y Ergonomía y Psicosociología Aplicada) conforme a la normativa española de Seguridad y Salud - Título de Grado universitario o nivel de cualificación equivalente de acuerdo con el Marco Europeo de Cualificaciones (EQF) - Experiencia relevante en el cumplimiento de la legislación local en materia de Seguridad y Salud - Dominio avanzado de inglés y español, tanto oral como escrito
