Zur Unterstützung unseres Wachstums suchen wir eine:n Praktikant:in Sales (m/w/d), der oder die unser Team im Vertriebsalltag unterstützt und spannende Einblicke in den Aufbau und die Weiterentwicklung moderner B2B-Sales-Prozesse erhält.

DEINE AUFGABEN

- Du unterstützt unser Sales-Team im operativen Tagesgeschäft

- Du recherchierst potenzielle Kund:innen und relevante Ansprechpartner:innen in unseren Zielbranchen

- Du hilfst bei der Vorbereitung und Umsetzung von Outbound-Kampagnen

- Du unterstützt bei der Qualifizierung von Leads und der Pflege unseres CRM-Systems

- Du bereitest Kundentermine, Unterlagen und Follow-ups mit vor

- Du unterstützt bei Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen

- Du arbeitest eng mit Sales, Marketing und weiteren Teams zusammen

- Du übernimmst eigene kleinere Projekte und bringst deine Ideen aktiv ein

DEIN PROFIL

- Du bist aktuell an einer Hochschule eingeschrieben oder hast vor Kurzem dein Studium abgeschlossen

- Du interessierst dich für Sales, Business Development und moderne Technologien

- Du arbeitest strukturiert, zuverlässig und eigenständig

- Du bist kommunikativ und hast Freude am Austausch mit Menschen

- Du lernst schnell und bringst eine hands-on Mentalität mit

- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit gängigen digitalen Tools

- Du sprichst fließend Englisch, idealerweise auch Deutsch

- Du bist für einen Zeitraum von mindestens 3 bis 6 Monaten verfügbar, idealerweise in Vollzeit

Nice to have:

Erste Erfahrungen in Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Kundenservice oder in einem Start-up
