Somos uma fintech portuguesa em rápido crescimento, e procuramos alguém com energia, visão e autonomia para liderar todo o ciclo comercial e de sucesso dos nossos parceiros. 🎯 A tua missão Gerar e gerir leads comerciais, desde o primeiro contacto até à assinatura do contrato. Apresentar a solução Parcela Já a novos parceiros e fechar acordos. Acompanhar o onboarding de novos clientes, assegurando que toda a documentação e contratos estão corretos e devidamente assinados. Ajudar os clientes nos primeiros meses de utilização, garantindo uma ativação eficaz das vendas e um acompanhamento próximo. Ser a ponte entre equipa comercial e equipa operacional, assegurando que tudo corre bem desde o primeiro dia. O que procuramos De 1 a 2 anos de experiência na área comercial ou de customer success (não precisas de ter muitos anos — valorizamos atitude e vontade). Experiência ou interesse nas áreas de tecnologia, finanças ou banca. À vontade com cold calling e follow-ups comerciais. Excelente comunicação e organização. Rigor e atenção ao detalhe em processos administrativos e contratuais.
