About the Role:

O Diretor de Operações e Produção é responsável por garantir que toda a operação da Finance Studio decorre de forma eficiente, organizada e alinhada com os objetivos estratégicos da empresa.

Esta função combina três áreas críticas — projetos, produção e clientes — assegurando que cada iniciativa é executada no tempo certo, com os recursos adequados e com elevados padrões de qualidade.

O papel tem forte componente hands-on, com foco em criar estrutura, previsibilidade e processos que suportem o crescimento sustentável da empresa.

A Finance Studio é uma produtora de conteúdos educativos liderada por Gabriel Ferreira, fundador do New Trading Horizons, o maior canal de YouTube sobre literacia financeira em Portugal.

Para além do canal, desenvolvemos produtos digitais, formações e eventos na área da educação financeira, com o objetivo de tornar o conhecimento financeiro mais acessível, útil e transformador.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planear, coordenar e acompanhar todos os projetos e produções da Finance Studio
  • Garantir prazos, orçamentos e qualidade em todas as entregas
  • Gerir a logística de gravações, eventos e operações do dia a dia
  • Coordenar equipas internas e externas, assegurando alinhamento e execução rigorosa
  • Acompanhar clientes e garantir uma experiência consistente e profissional
  • Criar, implementar e otimizar processos, fluxos de trabalho e ferramentas
  • Produzir reports operacionais e comunicar regularmente com a Direção
  • Identificar riscos, gargalos e oportunidades de melhoria contínua

Technical Skills:

  • Experiência em gestão operacional de projetos e produção
  • Coordenação de equipas internas e fornecedores externos
  • Gestão logística de conteúdos digitais, gravações e eventos
  • Capacidade de criar e analisar indicadores operacionais
  • Experiência em desenho e melhoria de processos
  • Conhecimento do ecossistema de conteúdos digitais, marketing e media
  • Domínio de ferramentas de gestão, comunicação e reporting

  • Forte capacidade de liderança e acompanhamento próximo da equipa
  • Comunicação clara, empática e orientada a soluções
  • Pensamento analítico e visão sistémica
