Founding AI Engineer Sênior

Sobre a empresa Somos uma empresa de logística com sede em São Paulo. Toda a operação roda em uma plataforma própria de gestão de supply chain.

O problema Boa parte das decisões da operação logística ainda é tomada por pessoas, em sistemas que não foram feitos para agentes. São decisões como aprovar custos, agendar entregas e tratar ocorrências. Queremos que agentes de IA assumam uma parte importante desse trabalho.

O que você vai fazer

  • Ser dono da arquitetura do sistema multiagente desde o primeiro dia.
  • Desenhar como os agentes se dividem, se coordenam e passam tarefas entre si.
  • Integrar os agentes à nossa plataforma de supply chain, às APIs internas e às fontes de dados da operação.
  • Definir quando um agente decide sozinho e quando a decisão passa por uma pessoa.
  • Criar avaliação, monitoramento e controles de segurança para os agentes em produção.
  • Trabalhar perto de quem opera, para entender cada decisão antes de automatizá-la.
  • Escolher as ferramentas e os modelos certos para cada problema.

Candidate-se se você

  • Tem experiência sênior em engenharia de software, com forte domínio de Python.
  • Já construiu e colocou em produção sistemas multiagente, com orquestração, uso de ferramentas e memória compartilhada entre agentes.
  • Conhece frameworks de agentes como LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, OpenAI Agents SDK ou similares, e sabe quando não usar nenhum deles.
  • Já trabalhou com tool calling, RAG e avaliação de LLMs em ambiente real.
  • Sabe que o problema começa depois da demo: dados ruins, exceções, custo e latência.
  • Gosta de ter autonomia e de ser dono do que constrói.

Não se candidate se você

  • Prefere receber a arquitetura pronta.
  • Nunca levou um projeto com LLM além da prova de conceito.
  • Não quer conhecer a operação de perto.

Condições

  • Remuneração a partir de R$ 20 mil por mês (PJ), com flexibilidade salarial, conforme a experiência.
  • 100% remoto, com algumas idas a São Paulo.
