Product Owner

Sobre a empresa Somos uma empresa de logística com sede em São Paulo. Toda a operação roda em uma plataforma própria de gestão de supply chain.

O problema A operação e os clientes pedem mais do que o time de engenharia consegue entregar. Hoje esses pedidos chegam direto para quem desenvolve, sem uma pessoa que organize, priorize e especifique. Precisamos de alguém que faça isso, para o time construir o que mais importa.

O que você vai fazer

  • Ser dono do backlog de produto da operação logística.
  • Receber as demandas da operação e dos clientes e decidir com a engenharia o que entra e quando.
  • Escrever histórias com regra de negócio e critério de aceite.
  • Homologar as entregas antes de irem para produção.
  • Medir se o que foi entregue resolveu o problema.
  • Usar IA no próprio trabalho para triar demandas, escrever histórias, montar cenários de teste e analisar dados mais rápido.

Candidate-se se você

  • Tem 3 anos ou mais como PO, PM ou analista de sistemas em empresa de SaaS, num produto em produção.
  • Já cuidou de um backlog com mais pedidos do que capacidade e sabe dizer não com critério.
  • Escreve requisitos que o desenvolvedor entende sem precisar perguntar de novo.
  • Já montou cenários de teste e homologou entregas.
  • Usa ferramentas de IA (ChatGPT, Claude ou similares) no dia a dia e consegue mostrar como elas aceleraram seu trabalho.
  • Gosta de conversar com quem opera o sistema e com o cliente.

Diferenciais

  • Experiência com SaaS enterprise, atendendo clientes de grande porte.
  • Vivência em logística, supply chain ou comércio exterior.
