Job Description

Role: Service Coordinator

We are seeking a Service Coordinator to join our team. This position supports the coordination of projects while assisting with administrative duties related to operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate routine maintenance, repairs, and installation appointments with technicians and clients
  • Maintain detailed records, including maintenance histories, warranties, and service schedules
  • Process work orders and maintenance requests, ensuring proper prioritization and timely completion
  • Maintain preventive maintenance schedules
  • Communicate with clients, contractors, and team members regarding project status and updates
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
  • Assist in coordinating emergency service calls as needed

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Business or related field preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with project scheduling and coordination
  • Working knowledge of Business Central or Great Plains
