ambiHome ist ein junges, aufstrebendes Unternehmen, das erstmals ein preiswertes Hausautomationssystem als fertig integrierte All-In-One-Lösung anbietet. Das ambiHome System ermöglicht die individuelle Steuerung und Vernetzung von Licht, Heizung, Jalousien, Alarmanlage und Musik auf Grundlage von KNX, dem weltweit einzigen offenen Standard für Gebäudesystemtechnik.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du bringst neue und kreative, aber gleichzeitig pragmatische und bei ambiHome umsetzbare Ideen für die Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung unserer technischen Plattform ein und treibst damit die technologische Vision voran
  • Du entwickelst mit dem fünfköpfigen Team Lösungskonzepte und Spezifikationen basierend auf Produkt- und Kundenanforderungen und übersetzt Business Requirements in geeignete technische Lösungen.
  • Du stellst gemeinsam mit dem Team eine effiziente und qualitativ hochwertige SoftwareEntwicklung sicher.
  • Du entwickelst mit dem Entwicklerteam die künftige Software-Architektur weiter.
  • Du übernimmst eigene Projekte im Rahmen der Entwicklung.
  • Karrieretechnisch möchtest Du Dich zum CTO entwickeln

Das solltest du mitbringen:

  • Du bringst ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, oder einem verwandten Studiengang mit
  • Du hast bereits erste Führungserfahrung gesammelt
  • Du hast sehr gute Kenntnisse Projekt- & Anforderungsmanagement
  • Du hast sehr gute Programmier- & Architekturkenntnisse
  • Du verfügst über profunde Kenntnisse in und Erfahrungen mit agilen Entwicklungs- und Führungsmethoden
  • Du arbeitest unabhängig, bestimmt und strukturiert, übernimmst Initiative, denkst und agierst flexibel und bist fähig "Outside the Box" zu denken
  • Du hast exzellente Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten und verfügst über die Fähigkeit zu motivieren
  • Du besitzt eine ausgeprägte "Hands-On"-Mentalität, packst Probleme an und findest überzeugende Lösungen
