Wir entwickeln und vertreiben eine preiswerte, vollständig integrierte Smart-Home-Lösung auf KNX-Basis – dem weltweit führenden offenen Standard für Gebäudeautomation. Unser nächster Schritt: Wir erweitern unser Angebot um die komplette Elektroinstallationsabwicklung im Wohnungsbau. Dafür bauen wir unseren Vertrieb strategisch aus.

Deine Aufgaben:

Deine Mission

Du bist verantwortlich für den Aufbau und die Entwicklung unseres Vertriebs im Außendienst – mit Fokus auf nachhaltige Kundenbeziehungen und erfolgreiche Projektabschlüsse.

Deine Aufgaben im Detail:

  • Aktiver Vertrieb unserer smarten vorkonfigurierten KNX-Systeme mit hochwertigen Komponenten
  • Betreuung und Ausbau eines starken Netzwerks aus: Elektrohandwerk Architekten, Ingenieurbüros und Projektentwickler Wohnungswirtschaft & Fertighausanbieter
  • Identifikation und Akquise neuer Bauprojekte in NRW
  • Begleitung von Projekten – von der Akquise und Planung bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss
  • Durchführung von Produktpräsentationen und Schulungen
  • Organisation und Teilnahme an Messen, Events und Kundenterminen
  • Pflege und Dokumentation im CRM-System
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen (Vertrieb, Management, Support)

Das solltest du mitbringen:

  • Ausbildung im Elektrobereich (z. B. Elektroniker, Elektroinstallateur)
  • Idealerweise Weiterbildung zum Meister, Techniker oder Ingenieur
  • Erste Erfahrung im Vertrieb
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in moderner Gebäudetechnik / Smart Home
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Begeisterungsfähigkeit
  • Technisches Verständnis gepaart mit Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Eigenständige, zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Tools und Office-Anwendungen
