Misión del puesto

Buscamos un Senior AI Engineer que lidere el diseño, desarrollo e implementación de soluciones basadas en Inteligencia Artificial Generativa y Machine Learning.

La persona incorporada tendrá un doble objetivo:

  • Impulsar la automatización y optimización de procesos internos mediante soluciones basadas en IA.
  • Diseñar, desarrollar y desplegar productos, servicios y aceleradores tecnológicos orientados a clientes B2B.

Se trata de un rol estratégico y operativo al mismo tiempo, con una fuerte orientación a la ejecución técnica, prototipado rápido y construcción de soluciones llevadas a producción.

Principales responsabilidades

Innovación y eficiencia interna (50%)

  • Analizar procesos internos y detectar oportunidades de automatización en áreas como PMO, Business, Administración y Finanzas, People y otras áreas corporativas.
  • Diseñar e implementar soluciones de IA orientadas a mejorar la eficiencia operativa y la toma de decisiones.
  • Optimizar procesos de reporting, seguimiento de proyectos y gestión de información dentro de la organización.
  • Diseñar e implantar asistentes inteligentes, sistemas de búsqueda avanzada y bases de conocimiento corporativas basadas en arquitecturas RAG.
  • Crear agentes especializados y flujos de automatización que integren diferentes herramientas y fuentes de información.
  • Garantizar buenas prácticas de gobernanza, seguridad, control de acceso y protección de la información corporativa.

Productos y servicios para clientes (50%)

  • Diseñar y desarrollar soluciones y servicios basados en Inteligencia Artificial para clientes B2B.
  • Participar en iniciativas de descubrimiento, validación funcional y definición técnica de nuevas oportunidades.
  • Construir MVPs y pruebas de concepto para validar casos de uso y acelerar la adopción de soluciones.
  • Evolucionar y mejorar herramientas existentes basadas en IA, incluyendo soluciones relacionadas con proyectos GxP.
  • Definir estándares técnicos, arquitecturas de referencia y buenas prácticas para garantizar escalabilidad, calidad y mantenibilidad.
  • Implementar mecanismos de monitorización, evaluación y observabilidad para soluciones basadas en LLMs.
  • internas como en clientes.

Requisitos imprescindibles

  • +4 años de experiencia en desarrollo de software y soluciones cloud.
  • +2 años diseñando e implementando soluciones de IA moderna.
  • Experiencia llevando proyectos desde PoC/MVP hasta producción.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y ejecutar soluciones end-to-end.
  • Experiencia con LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama, Mistral).
  • Dominio de LangChain, LlamaIndex y Semantic Kernel.
  • Experiencia con frameworks de agentes como CrewAI, AutoGen o LangGraph.
  • Conocimiento avanzado de RAG, embeddings, vector search, evaluación de modelos y prompt engineering.
  • Experiencia optimizando y desplegando soluciones basadas en IA generativa.
  • Dominio de Python, FastAPI y desarrollo de APIs.
  • Experiencia con Docker, microservicios y arquitecturas cloud.
  • Conocimiento de bases de datos vectoriales como Qdrant, Pinecone, Chroma o pgvector.
  • Experiencia en Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Conocimiento de observabilidad, monitorización y operación de soluciones de IA en producción.
  • Experiencia con herramientas como Langfuse, Ragas, Arize o equivalentes.

  • Capacidad para transformar necesidades de negocio en soluciones escalables.
  • Orientación a cliente, visión consultiva y enfoque en generación de valor.
  • Habilidades de comunicación con perfiles técnicos y de negocio.
  • Mentalidad emprendedora, autonomía y motivación por construir iniciativas desde cero.
  • Experiencia en entornos regulados Life Sciences o Pharma.
  • Interés por desarrollarse en entornos multilingües.

Idiomas

  • Castellano: imprescindible.
  • Inglés: nivel profesional.
  • Catalán: valorable.

HORARIO 🕘:

  • De lunes a viernes (De 8-9h a 17-18h - flexible).
  • Modalidad híbrida: 3 días en oficina y 2 en remoto.
  • Ubicación: Barcelona.
