Buscamos un/a "Técnico/a de Validaciones" para incorporarse a una compañía líder en el sector farmacéutico y de fabricación de equipos, participando en proyectos de cualificación y validación de equipos e instalaciones bajo normativas GMP.

La persona seleccionada será responsable de garantizar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad farmacéutica y de los requisitos de los clientes, participando en todas las fases de validación y cualificación de los proyectos.

TAREAS Y RESPONSABILIDADES 🚀:

• Asegurar la calidad de los proyectos mediante la correcta ejecución de actividades de validación y cualificación.

• Redactar y ejecutar documentación de cualificación y validación, incluyendo FDS/DQ, FAT, SAT, IQ y OQ.

• Coordinar actividades de aseguramiento de calidad asociadas a los proyectos asignados.

• Colaborar en la planificación y seguimiento de las actividades de cualificación.

• Recoger, analizar y acordar con el cliente los requerimientos de validación, garantizando el cumplimiento de los estándares internos y normativos.

• Participar en la ejecución de Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) junto con el cliente.

• Ejecutar actividades de SAT, IQ y OQ en las instalaciones del cliente.

• Impulsar la mejora continua de la documentación y los estándares de validación.

• Gestionar y supervisar cualificaciones externas, incluyendo la revisión de protocolos y el seguimiento de proveedores.

• Dar soporte en la gestión y mantenimiento de documentación relacionada con normativa farmacéutica.

• Colaborar en la definición y seguimiento de los planes de calibración de instrumentos de medición utilizados durante las pruebas.

• Participar activamente en iniciativas de mejora continua de los procesos de validación y calidad.

REQUISITOS 🤹:

• 3 - 5 años de experiencia en actividades de validación y cualificación dentro de entornos regulados.

• Conocimiento de normativas farmacéuticas y estándares de calidad aplicables (GMP/GxP).

• Experiencia en la redacción y ejecución de protocolos DQ, FAT, SAT, IQ y OQ.

• Capacidad para interpretar y gestionar requerimientos de clientes relacionados con validaciones y cualificaciones.

• Habilidad para coordinar actividades con equipos multidisciplinares y clientes.

• Buenas capacidades de organización, documentación y seguimiento de proyectos.

• Disponibilidad para desplazarse a instalaciones de clientes cuando sea necesario.

• Nivel de inglés B2 - C1

REQUISITOS OPCIONALES:

• Experiencia previa en fabricantes de maquinaria o equipos para la industria farmacéutica.

• Conocimientos de calibración de instrumentos y sistemas de medición.

• Experiencia gestionando proveedores externos de cualificación y validación.

• Conocimientos de procesos de esterilización, llenado aséptico o equipos farmacéuticos.

• Familiaridad con auditorías, inspecciones y entornos GMP altamente regulados.

HORARIO🕘:

  • 08/09h -17/18h de Lunes a Viernes
  • 1-2 días de trabajo en remoto
  • 30 días de viajes nacionales e internacionales
