The posting

We are looking for a Senior Power Platform & Copilot Developer to lead the design, development, and governance of innovative solutions built on Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and the Power Platform ecosystem. This role combines solution architecture, AI governance, technical leadership, and hands-on implementation of enterprise-grade AI and automation solutions.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to deliver scalable, secure, and impactful solutions that drive digital transformation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement advanced Microsoft Copilot Studio agents leveraging Generative AI, custom actions, connectors, and Microsoft 365 integrations.
  • Define solution architectures for complex applications and multi-agent orchestration scenarios, including RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) strategies, security, and scalability considerations.
  • Lead the governance of AI and Power Platform solutions, including DLP policies, licensing, environment strategy, ALM, monitoring, and Responsible AI guardrails.
  • Collaborate with senior business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical architectures and solution specifications.
  • Establish and promote best practices, coding standards, design guidelines, and repeatable development processes.
  • Evaluate and adopt new Microsoft AI, Copilot, and Power Platform capabilities.
  • Provide third-level support, lead root-cause analysis, and resolve critical incidents and escalations.
  • Mentor junior developers, perform code and design reviews, and provide technical leadership across the team.
  • Collaborate with software vendors and consulting partners when required.

Must-Have Requirements

Experience & Technical Skills

  • 2+ years of experience with Microsoft technologies, including Copilot, Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and Power Platform.
  • Proven experience designing and deploying enterprise-grade Copilot Studio agents.
  • Strong knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG architectures, and agent orchestration.
  • Hands-on experience with Power Platform and AI Governance, including DLP policies, environment strategy, licensing, and monitoring.
  • Experience with ALM and CI/CD practices using Power Platform Pipelines and/or Azure DevOps.
  • Experience building integrations through Custom Connectors, REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, and automation scripting with PowerShell.
  • English B2+ Level

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong professional service orientation.

Nice-to-Have Requirements

  • Advanced knowledge of Prompt Engineering and Responsible AI / AI Governance frameworks.
  • Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Azure Automation, and application permissions management.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
  • Experience within regulated environments, particularly the pharmaceutical industry, including CSV (Computer System Validation) and System Life Cycle methodologies.
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications, such as PL-200, PL-400, PL-600, or AI-102.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

SCHEDULE 🕘:

  • 08h-17h from Monday to Friday (flexible)
  • Minimum 2 days per week onsite attendance is required.
  • Occasional periods may require onsite attendance for an entire working week.
