Atribuições Específicas

a) Assessorar e analisar juntamente com o gestor solicitante, a vaga a ser aberta, alinhando o perfil solicitado, para que a captação seja o mais efetiva possível;

b) Receber demanda de processo de seleção aprovado pelo gerente de RH, gestor solicitante e diretoria executiva;

c) Manter informada a coordenação e gerência de Gestão de Pessoas a cerca do status dos processos seletivos em andamento;

d) Manter informado o gestor solicitante, a cerca do status dos processos seletivos em andamento de sua área;

e) Solicitar divulgação da vaga ao setor de comunicação, após validação do gestor;

f) Realizar captação e triagem de currículos de candidatos;

g) Definir cronograma completo para o processo de seleção;

h) Aplicar instrumentos de avaliação para seleção de candidatos, conforme descrito na política de R&S;

i) Realizar correção/tabulação dos instrumentos de avaliação;

j) Conduzir dinâmicas de grupo e entrevista individual e/ou coletiva, visando à seleção de candidatos;

k) Emitir laudo dos candidatos indicados ao cargo e apresentá-los ao gestor solicitante para que, na entrevista técnica, o mesmo decida sobre a contratação;

l) Coordenar a integração dos novos colaboradores;

m) Ao término da integração, encaminhar os novos colaboradores às suas respectivas áreas;

n) Identificar potencial de liderança com aplicação de testes específicos;

o) Realizar avaliação de colaboradores para mudança de cargo;

p) Realizar atendimento individualizado aos colaboradores;

q) Acompanhar procedimentos de advertência e de demissão, quando solicitado;

r) Elaboração mensal dos indicadores da área de recrutamento e seleção.
