Como Analista de Recursos Humanos com foco em Recrutamento & Seleção na SANY, você será responsável por liderar estrategicamente os processos de atração e seleção de talentos, garantindo conformidade com as políticas corporativas e alinhamento às necessidades do negócio. Atuará de forma integrada com gestores e áreas parceiras, conduzindo o processo end-to-end e transformando dados de mercado e tendências em estratégias eficazes de contratação, fortalecendo o pipeline de talentos e a competitividade da empresa. Se você quer transformar o mundo com qualidade, inovação e excelência, junte-se a nós!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar como referência técnica em Recrutamento & Seleção, assegurando conformidade com as políticas e diretrizes corporativas da SANY;Conduzir o processo de R&S end-to-end, garantindo alinhamento com os gestores, excelência na experiência do candidato e decisões baseadas em dados de mercado;Definir requisitos das posições em parceria com as lideranças, orientando-os ao longo de todo o processo para assegurar a identificação e contratação dos melhores talentos;Realizar triagem, entrevistas e avaliações, garantindo aderência aos critérios técnicos, comportamentais e à cultura organizacional;Desenvolver e executar estratégias de sourcing para atração de talentos ativos e passivos, utilizando canais e ferramentas adequados às demandas atuais e futuras;Monitorar tendências de mercado, cenário competitivo e tecnologias emergentes em Talent Acquisition, transformando essas informações em estratégias eficazes de captação de talentos;Acompanhar e analisar indicadores-chave de R&S, elaborando relatórios periódicos sobre status das vagas e saúde do pipeline de candidatos;Atuar de forma integrada com stakeholders internos e parceiros externos, garantindo comunicação clara e coordenação interfuncional ao longo do processo;Contribuir para projetos globais e implementação de iniciativas locais alinhadas às diretrizes corporativas;Identificar oportunidades de melhoria contínua nos processos, ferramentas e políticas da área, assegurando atualização documental e conformidade com auditorias internas e externas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Psicologia, Administração, Recursos Humanos e/ou áreas correlatas;Experiência sólida em Recrutamento & Seleção end-to-end;Vivência com estratégias de sourcing ativo e hunting de talentos técnicos e estratégicos;Conhecimento em indicadores de R&S;Familiaridade com ferramentas e tecnologias de Talent Acquisition;Conhecimento sobre tendências de mercado de talentos e práticas modernas de aquisição de talentos;Inglês avançado;Perfil analítico, organizado, com forte capacidade de comunicação, influência e gestão de stakeholders;Disponibilidade para realizar treinamento em São José dos Campos/SP.Informações adicionaisVocê usufruirá dos seguintes benefícios:Assistência Médica;Assistência Odontológica;Seguro de Vida;Vale Refeição;Transporte;Wellhub;Ticket Mês Aniversário.
