KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support developer platforms including GitHub, Perforce, Artifactory, and Harbor.
  • Troubleshoot issues across Linux, containers, servers, and CI/CD environments.
  • Improve platform monitoring, reliability, and operational efficiency.
  • Build self-service solutions that improve developer productivity.
  • Collaborate with software, infrastructure, platform, and security teams.
  • Explore opportunities to apply AI-assisted technologies to engineering and automation workflows.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies and work outside of an immediate area of expertise.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  1. Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, or other container technologies.
  2. Experience with Linux systems and infrastructure environments.
  3. Familiarity with Git, GitHub Actions, GitHub Runners, or comparable CI/CD tools.
  4. Programming or scripting experience with Python, Go, Bash, or a similar language.
  5. Familiarity with Terraform, Ansible, Helm, or related automation tools.
  6. Experience with Perforce, Artifactory, Harbor, monitoring, or observability tools is a plus.
  7. Exposure to AI/ML, GenAI, or AI-assisted development is a plus.

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
