The Role

In this role you will support package development and semiconductor manufacturing programs. Coordinate project activities, forecasts, sample builds, purchasing processes, and program tracking while partnering with engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and finance teams to ensure successful execution of key development initiatives.

You bring strong analytical and communication skills, a process-focused mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while working effectively with cross-functional teams across global locations.

Responsibilities

  • Support package development programs through planning, forecasting, scheduling, and project coordination activities.
  • Manage project trackers, reports, documentation, and status updates to ensure accurate program visibility.
  • Coordinate package and assembly sample builds, including manufacturing requests and execution tracking.
  • Prepare and manage purchase orders, supporting delivery, invoicing, and SAP posting activities.
  • Partner with engineering, procurement, finance, suppliers, and manufacturing teams to drive efficient project execution.
  • Capture lessons learned and maintain project knowledge for future program planning and execution.
  • Track deliverables, milestones, risks, and action items to help ensure projects remain on schedule.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.

Preferred Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting program management, project coordination, engineering operations, or manufacturing initiatives.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, reporting, and forecasting.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and web-based planning tools.
  • Familiarity with SAP, purchase order management, invoicing, and financial tracking processes.
  • Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing, package development, assembly processes, or new product introduction (NPI).
  • Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaborate across geographically distributed teams.
  • Experience in a fast-paced technical or manufacturing environment is preferred.

Education :

Bachelors or Masters in relevant field
