  • Build a fact-based market view using customer, competitive, workload, performance, ecosystem and adoption insights to guide priorities and executive decisions.
  • Ensure a consistent narrative across product generations, software capabilities, performance claims, customer value, total cost of ownership and platform differentiation.

Product launches, content and sales enablement

  • Own the end-to-end marketing plan for major product and software launches, including messaging, keynote and event content, launch assets, demos, analyst materials, FAQs and field readiness.
  • Lead the development of compelling content and collateral that clearly communicates how AMD solutions address customer and partner needs.
  • Drive sales programs, campaigns and training that equip global sales and business development teams to position AMD offerings effectively.
  • Establish strong governance for technical and performance claims, ensuring accuracy, consistency and timely cross-functional review.

Partner and ecosystem go-to-market

  • Lead partner marketing strategy and joint go-to-market execution with OEMs, ODMs, cloud service providers, neoclouds, software partners, AI ecosystem companies and ISVs.
  • Oversee co-marketing priorities, partner launch plans, market development investments and executive engagements to accelerate adoption and measurable business outcomes.
  • Build scalable marketing motions for OEM coverage, software ecosystem enablement, neocloud growth, startup incubation, customer advocacy and partner amplification.
  • Represent AMD with senior customer and partner leaders, industry influencers, analysts and other external stakeholders.

Organization and operating leadership

  • Lead a global, multi-disciplinary product marketing organization spanning products and performance, software and ecosystem, OEM marketing, neocloud and startup programs, HPC segment marketing, events and marketing operations.

  • Build organizational capability through talent selection, coaching, succession planning, role clarity and development of current and future leaders.
  • Own annual marketing planning, headcount and operating expense inputs; prioritize resources and investments against the highest-value business outcomes.
  • Partner closely with Product Management, Business Development, Sales, Engineering, Software, Technical Marketing, Customer Success, Communications, Finance, Legal and Operations.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Extensive experience in product marketing, segment marketing, go-to-market strategy or related leadership roles in semiconductors, AI infrastructure, enterprise technology, cloud or data center markets.
  • Have lead global teams and senior leaders in a complex, matrixed organization.
  • Demonstrated success defining product positioning, market strategy and integrated go-to-market plans for technically complex portfolios.
  • Proven leadership of major, cross-functional launches and executive-level content, with strong judgment around technical claims and external communications.
  • Experience building joint marketing programs with OEMs, ODMs, cloud providers, software partners, ISVs or other ecosystem participants.
  • Strong business and financial acumen, including annual planning, investment prioritization, budget stewardship and outcome measurement.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
