Vi på Amendo vill gärna lära känna dig!

Amendo får löpande in förfrågningar på seniora konsultuppdrag kopplade till digitalisering, verksamhetsutveckling och IT-styrning inom offentlig sektor och större organisationer.

Nu söker vi fler erfarna interimskonsulter som vill ansluta till vårt nätverk för kommande uppdrag i Sundsvall med hybridupplägg.

Uppdragen varierar i längd och omfattning, men gemensamt är att de kräver hög kompetens, självständighet och förmåga att snabbt sätta sig in i nya miljöer och skapa värde.

Vi söker dig som är interimskonsult och har erfarenhet inom något av följande områden:

  • Verksamhetsarkitektur / Business Architecture
  • Enterprise Architecture / Chefsarkitektur
  • Digital transformation
  • Program- och portföljledning
  • IT-strategi och IT-governance
  • Förändringsledning inom IT och verksamhet
  • Informations- och applikationsarkitektur
  • PMO och strategisk portföljstyrning
  • Digitaliseringsledning inom större organisationer
  • Strategisk rådgivning i gränslandet verksamhet och IT

Vi söker dig som:

  • Har erfarenhet från uppdrag inom offentlig verksamhet
  • Är van att arbeta i komplexa organisationer och förändringsmiljöer
  • Har erfarenhet av att leda strategiska initiativ, transformation eller styrning
  • Har gedigen erfarenhet från ditt specialistområde
  • Trivs i rollen som interimskonsult där du snabbt skapar förtroende och levererar resultat
  • Har god förståelse för samspelet mellan verksamhet, digitalisering och IT

Exempel på uppdrag:

  • Leda och samordna verksamhets- eller IT-arkitekturarbete
  • Etablera mål- och referensarkitektur
  • Driva digital transformations- och förändringsinitiativ
  • Portföljstyrning och prioritering av utvecklingsinitiativ
  • Framtagning av beslutsunderlag, roadmap och governance-strukturer
  • Stöd till ledning och styrgrupper i digital omställning
  • Harmonisering av processer, system och datastyrning
  • Strategiskt verksamhetsnära IT-arbete i större organisationer
