You will make an impact on our F&B offerings by sourcing and introducing quality food, beverage and related products. You will drive value and quality by identifying competitive sourcing opportunities while ensuring product quality, food safety and supply reliability. Working closely with different stakeholders across the Club, you will have the opportunity to contribute your ideas and sourcing expertise to enhance our products and operations.

We are looking for someone who is

  • Experienced in F&B procurement, sourcing, purchasing, or supplier management.
  • Organised and able to manage multiple suppliers and sourcing projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to evaluate products, pricing, and supplier proposals effectively.

Key responsibilities include (but not limited to)

  • Source food, beverages, ingredients, packaging, and other F&B-related products based on operational requirements.
  • Monitor market prices, product availability, supply conditions, seasonal offerings, and industry trends to identify sourcing opportunities.
  • Assist in developing sourcing strategies to support seasonal and special-event requirements.
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, minimum order quantities, rebates, promotions, and other commercial terms with suppliers.
  • Support supplier onboarding, documentation, evaluation, and periodic review processes.
