Job Description

Our mission is to protect and enhance organizational value by providing independent, objective, risk-based assurance, advisory services, and to influence the way the company manages risk.

We are committed to growing our audit staff significantly as we continue to expand and enhance the Internal Audit Group. Our assurance and risk professionals have diverse backgrounds including internal controls, consumer compliance, technology, operational risk, financial accounting, data analytics, and banking operations. Our audit teams align to key risk areas and business units to ensure IAG can provide comprehensive and risk-based audit coverage. In addition, IAG has a Professional Practices group responsible for managing audit operations, quality, and standards; regulatory relations; reporting; training and professional development; and key internal capabilities and technologies.

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate, talented, and adaptable product manager to improve existing audit practices and product management processes and help lead the Internal Audit Group (IAG) through a significant people, process, and technology change period.

In this role, Senior Manager, Audit Practices & Product Change Enablement, you will support the vision, strategy, and roadmap for transitioning IAG and non-IAG stakeholders to a new audit management system, Optro (previously branded as AuditBoard), iterate on a recently implemented capacity/resource management tool, Tempus, and transforming IAG’s methodology and procedures into a digital product in a manner that maximizes desired outcomes and ensures successful user adoption.

You will join a high-performing and nimble team of audit practices and product managers to partner with Technology, Auditors, IAG Professional Practices, Product, and IAG Data Analytics & Innovation teams to enable this vision to directly contribute to the achievement of our strategic objectives

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end audit practices and product organizational change management activities for significant new capabilities, feature enhancements, and product releases.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans that support successful product launches and user adoption.
  • Assess the business, operational, customer, and colleague impacts of proposed audit practices and product changes.
  • Establish structured processes to manage change readiness, dependencies, risks, and implementation milestones.
  • Coordinate cross-functional release activities to ensure alignment on scope, timing, ownership, and business requirements for phased rollouts, pilot launches, and broader capability deployments.
  • Develop, coordinate and launch release communications tailored to impacted audit teams, and IAG leadership.
  • Maintain visibility into upcoming releases, readiness status, key dependencies, and implementation risks.
  • Lead and/or assist with governance (e.g., third party and AI governance) and project management activities on significant audit practices and product change efforts.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in product development, product management, change management, program/project management, or related disciplines for Manager position.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Product Management, Technology, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating complex product launches, feature releases, or capability implementations.
  • Experience developing change management plans, readiness assessments, executive reporting, and release communications.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
  • Able to simplify complex ideas, navigate cross-functional teams and build relationships, influence decisions, drive consensus, and deliver on shared objectives.
  • Ability to self-start, carve opportunities out of ambiguity, and operate with a high degree of independence.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with implementing, administering, or robust use of audit management (i.e., AuditBoard / Optro) software.
  • PM/PO, Internal Audit, Assurance, or Accounting professional certification (CIA, CPA, CISA, SAFe or equivalent).
  • 3+ years of experience in a third-line audit function, second-line function, auditing SOX controls, risk management, or system implementation role.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
