Description du poste

Nous sommes à la recherche d’un Commis Administratif pour le site de Val d'Or.

Relevant du directeur de site, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans le bon fonctionnement du département. Vous soutiendrez l’équipe dans les activités administratives, la planification, le transport et le service à la clientèle.

Ce dont vous êtes responsable

  • Assurer l’ouverture et la fermeture des opérations quotidiennes, incluant la gestion de la caisse et la production des rapports;
  • Accueillir les clients, fournir l’information sur les prix et offrir un excellent service à la clientèle (en personne et au téléphone);
  • Effectuer la pesée des véhicules, saisir les données dans RECY et produire les billets de balance et bons de livraison;
  • Gérer la documentation liée aux opérations (billets, factures, expéditions) et assurer le suivi avec la comptabilité;
  • Assurer la saisie et le suivi des informations dans les systèmes internes, en veillant à l’exactitude des données;
  • Assurer le suivi des comptes clients, des paiements et répondre aux demandes d’information
  • Effectuer diverses tâches administratives et contribuer à l’amélioration des pratiques de travail.

Qualifications

Pour se joindre à notre équipe

  • Vous avez une bonne maîtrise de MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook);
  • Vous êtes à l’aise avec le service à la clientèle;
  • Vous êtes organisé et savez gérer vos priorités;
  • Vous êtes autonome et fiable au quotidien;
  • Vous êtes à l’aise de communiquer en français et en anglais;
  • Vous aimez travailler en équipe;
  • Vous avez de l’expérience en administration (un atout).
