Responsibilities

  • Conduct industry and competitor research and deliver insights and recommendations that enhance products, services, policies, procedures, and client outcomes
  • Analyze trends, recurring issues, and operational data to identify process improvement opportunities and support informed decision-making
  • Manage advisor and business partner inquiries, improve routing and response quality, and ensure consistent service delivery across Retirement Solutions
  • Support product approval, compensation, and retirement plan client service activities while appropriately escalating matters requiring business, legal, compliance, or product management decisions
  • Maintain and update marketing materials, analytical tools, research resources, and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and effectiveness
  • Own recurring workflow tracking and follow-through, prepare reporting on open issues and trends, and maintain business procedures and audit-ready documentation
  • Coordinate audit data preparation, validation, and delivery for retirement plan sponsors and third-party administrators while ensuring timely and accurate completion
  • Partner with Sales, Operations, Compliance, Legal, Supervision, Marketing, recordkeepers, and external retirement partners to support product and operational initiatives

Qualifications

  • Two or more years of experience in product support, financial services, retirement plans, operations, project coordination, or a related field
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • Knowledge of employer-sponsored retirement plans, including 401(k) and 403(b) products, is preferred.
  • Relationship management and project management skills with the ability to use data to identify trends and recommend solutions
  • Experience supporting financial advisors, product managers, recordkeepers, customers, or cross-functional business partners
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, maintain audit-ready documentation, and exercise sound judgment regarding issue escalation
  • FINRA registrations or progress toward relevant industry credentials preferred

By fostering a culture of face-to-face collaboration, idea sharing, productivity and personal connection, we deliver for our stakeholders — clients, advisors, employees and shareholders. Our employees work in the office at least four (4) days per week, with flexibility to work from home one (1) day per week. Some roles may require additional in-office time or different in-office expectations, and specific requirements will be discussed during the hiring process.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
