Què faràs?

La teva missió principal serà donar suport en l’anàlisi de com les 18 filials del grup gestionen les Fitxes Tècniques i les Certificacions de Compres Indirectes, per conèixer els seus processos actuals i ajudar a identificar millores, unificar processos i preparar futures integracions tecnològiques.

Com ho faràs?

  • Contactar amb les diferents empreses del grup per identificar les persones de referència i conèixer com treballen.
  • Participar en entrevistes amb els equips de les diferents empreses per saber quines eines utilitzen per gestionar les fitxes tècniques i les certificacions de compres.
  • Conèixer com es revisen i s’aproven aquests documents i qui n’és responsable.
  • Recopilar informació sobre com s’actualitzen les bases de dades i les certificacions de cada empresa.
  • Analitzar els processos actuals per detectar similituds, diferències, duplicitats i possibles millores.
  • Organitzar i documentar la informació recollida mitjançant esquemes, taules i bases de dades.
  • Col·laborar en l’elaboració d’una visió global dels sistemes, processos i responsables de les 18 empreses del grup.
  • Donar suport en la preparació de l’informe final del projecte i en la presentació de les principals conclusions.
  • Contribuir a identificar possibles oportunitats d’homogeneïtzació o millora que puguin servir com a punt de partida per a futures integracions tecnològiques.
  • Donar suport en altres tasques relacionades amb el projecte, amb l’acompanyament de l’equip responsable.

Què et farà triomfar?

  • Formació universitària en Enginyeria Informàtica, Sistemes de la Informació, ADE o perfils tecnològics similars.
  • Actitud dinàmica, comunicativa i capacitat d’adaptació al canvi.
  • Bon nivell d'Excel.
  • Domini del català i del castellà.
  • Permís de conduir i vehicle propi per accedir a les oficines d'Olèrdola.
