Volem incorporar un/a Tècnic de CRM i Dades per garantir la gestió integral de l’ecosistema de CRM i de les dades de client, liderant l’execució de projectes a Salesforce Marketing Cloud. L’objectiu és maximitzar l’eficàcia de les comunicacions i dels programes de fidelització mitjançant l’anàlisi de dades, l’optimització de journeys i l’obtenció d’insights accionables que impulsin el negoci i la relació amb el client.

Què faràs?

- Executaràs, implementaràs i optimitzaràs journeys automatitzats a Salesforce Marketing Cloud, garantint la correcta segmentació, activació i personalització de les comunicacions.

- Analitzaràs dades de campanyes i comportaments de clients per extreure conclusions i recomanacions que permetin millorar la conversió, la retenció i el valor del client.

- Executaràs el pla de contactes i accions CRM, assegurant-ne la coherència, la qualitat i el compliment dels terminis establerts.

- Gestionaràs i garantiràs la qualitat de la dada, supervisant els fluxos d’informació entre plataformes (Salesforce, web, app, e-commerce, etc.).

- Desenvoluparàs quadres de comandament i informes de rendiment (KPIs de CRM, engagement, vendes, etc.) per facilitar la presa de decisions.

- Col·laboraràs amb els equips de màrqueting, tecnologia i negoci per assegurar la correcta execució i el seguiment de les accions definides.

- Identificaràs oportunitats de millora en els journeys, en l’arquitectura de dades i en les estratègies de comunicació personalitzades.

-Valoraràs la viabilitat i donaràs suport a altres equips en les sol·licituds o necessitats relacionades amb Salesforce i les eines d’anàlisi de dades.

- Assumiràs i duràs a terme les missions que es considerin necessàries de l’àrea, per tal de garantir el correcte funcionament, així com participar en les accions de formació i millora necessàries per professionalitzar la tasca pròpia i la del Grup.

¿Què busquem de tu?

- Formació en Administració i Direcció d’Empreses, Marketing o Enginyeria. - Experiència prèvia de més de 2 anys en tasques similars.

- Coneixement avançat en Marketing Cloud, Excel, Bigquery i Looker.

- Que siguis una persona amb iniciativa, planificada, analítica amb visió de negoci.
