Affilié.e à la Direction financière, vos missions seront les suivantes :

  1. Gestion des comptes clients Wholesale en relation avec les services Supply Chain & Wholesale : relances clients via SAGE RECOUVREMENT, lettrages de comptes.
  2. Gestion des comptes clients Retail & Grands Magasins en relation avec le service Retail & les points de ventes : intégration des ventes, lettrages de comptes, suivi des dépôts d’espèces. Suivi de la facturation des grands magasins & des encaissements.
  3. Gestion des ventes e-commerce en relation avec le service Ecom, traitement et rapprochement des rapports financiers reçus de nos différents partenaires Ecommerce, saisie et gestion des encaissements
  4. Participation aux opérations de clôtures mensuelles sur les postes clients : lettrage & analyse de comptes, provisions.
  5. Production d’analyses ad hoc à destination du management.

De formation BTS Comptabilité, DCG ou DSCG, avec 3 ans d’expérience à un poste similaire, vous êtes :

  • Débrouillard.e et force de proposition ;
  • Rigoureux.euse & autonome
  • Vous avez une appétence pour les chiffres
  • Vous maitrisez Excel (notamment TCD)
  • Une connaissance de SAGE compta serait un plus
