The posting

Intégré.e au sein du département Marketing, Image et Communication, vous êtes en charge d’accompagner l’ensemble de l’activité du département, la coordination du flux des échantillons et de la bonne tenue du showroom. Vous assisterez l’équipe du showroom (Showroom & Logistic Manager, Showroom & Logistic Supervisor et Showroom Coordinator) et travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec le service presse, VIP, Influence et Image, vous serez également en lien avec les différentes équipes marketing et production e la maison. Vous aurez également l’opportunité de découvrir les différents enjeux de la Direction de la Communication dans une entreprise de mode.

Vous aurez ainsi la charge des missions suivantes :

  • Gestion et suivi des envois et retours des shoppings entre les différents services (presse, VIP, influence, image)
  • Préparation des shoppings en collaboration avec l’attaché de presse et le showroom coordinateur
  • Demande de coursiers pour Paris ou transporteurs pour les envois internationaux
  • Editions des documents nécessaires, packing list, proforma, fiche footwear sous le contrôle du coordinateur showroom
  • Emballage des échantillons selon la destination
  • Retour des shoppings Presse (rangement, envoi au pressing, envoi aux ateliers si besoin)
  • Aide au référencement de la collection
  • Aide à l’archivage des collections
  • Assurer le merchandising et la bonne tenue du showroom au quotidien
  • Aider à coordonner le suivi des échantillons pour les shoots spéciaux avec le pôle image (campagne, shootings lookbooks, etc)
  • Aide sur les défilés et évènements : organisation des envois d’invitations et du showroom pour les fittings VIP/influence.
  • École de commerce, de communication, de mode ou équivalent universitaire, BAC + 4/5
  • Une première expérience dans un service de presse ainsi que la maîtrise du logiciel FGPS (Launchmetrics) et Excel sont un plus.
