Za naše objekte na Korčuli i Orebiću zapošljavamo na poziciji:

DIREKTOR HOTELA (m/ž)

Vaše odgovornosti:

  • upravljanje cjelokupnim svakodnevnim poslovanjem hotela te koordinacija rada svih odjela
  • organizacija operativnog rada, vođenje jutarnjih brifinga i pružanje podrške voditeljima odjela u ostvarivanju zajedničkih ciljeva
  • praćenje poslovnih rezultata, budžeta i ključnih pokazatelja uspješnosti (KPI-jeva) te donošenje odluka temeljenih na analizama i izvještajima
  • osiguravanje visokih standarda kvalitete usluge, čistoće, uređenosti objekta i dosljedne primjene hotelskih standarda
  • aktivno praćenje zadovoljstva gostiju, analiza recenzija i povratnih informacija te provođenje aktivnosti za kontinuirano unapređenje iskustva gosta
  • razvoj, motiviranje i vođenje zaposlenika uz stvaranje pozitivne radne kulture i poticanje profesionalnog razvoja timova
  • planiranje kadrovskih potreba te predlaganje operativnih i investicijskih unapređenja s ciljem unaprjeđenja poslovanja.
  • odgovornost za pravovremeno, kvalitetno i profesionalno izvršavanje svih poslovnih zadataka u skladu s ciljevima društva.

Potrebna znanja i vještine:

Tražimo osobu koja se dobro snalazi u dinamičnom okruženju i ima prirodnu sposobnost organiziranja, usmjeravanja i poticanja drugih, kao i:

  • najmanje 3 godine iskustva na rukovodećim pozicijama u hotelijerstvu
  • VŠS/VSS
  • visoko razvijene menadžerske, organizacijske i komunikacijske vještine
  • odlično poznavanje MS Office paketa i rada s izvještajnim alatima
  • razumijevanje hotelskih procesa, internih akata i operativnih procedura
  • analitički pristup, sposobnost planiranja i donošenja odluka
  • aktivno znanje engleskog jezika (u govoru i pisanju), još jedan strani jezik je prednost
  • vještine rukovođenja, motiviranja, delegiranja i upravljanja promjenama
  • sposobnost rada pod pritiskom, timski rad i učinkovito upravljanje vremenom
