Aminess stipendije za učenike

Aminess pruža učenicima priliku za razvoj, stjecanje praktičnog iskustva i upoznavanje svijeta turizma kroz program stipendiranja i stručne prakse.

Posebnu važnost pridajemo mladima iz lokalne zajednice jer vjerujemo da su upravo oni važan dio budućnosti turizma. Želimo im omogućiti da tijekom školovanja razvijaju svoja znanja i vještine, upoznaju rad u turističkom sektoru te prepoznaju mogućnosti za budući profesionalni razvoj.

Što učenici dobivaju?

Stipendija će iznositi 266 eura mjesečno, a isplaćivat će se tijekom školske godine, od rujna do lipnja, u ukupnom iznosu od 2.660 eura.

Uz financijsku podršku tijekom školovanja, učenici imaju priliku obavljati stručnu praksu u Aminessovim objektima, upoznati stvarno radno okruženje te učiti od iskusnih kolega. Na taj način stječu praktična znanja, razvijaju profesionalne vještine i dobivaju bolji uvid u mogućnosti koje im turizam pruža.

Posebno želimo potaknuti interes za zanimanje kuhara, za kojim postoji kontinuirana potreba u našim objektima, ali i približiti učenicima različite mogućnosti razvoja unutar turističkog sektora.

Mogućnosti nakon završetka školovanja:

Stipendija i stručna praksa mogu biti prvi koraci prema budućem zaposlenju u Aminessu. Nakon završetka školovanja učenicima se, ovisno o njihovim interesima, stečenim kompetencijama i potrebama poslodavca, može otvoriti mogućnost nastavka suradnje i profesionalnog razvoja.

Vjerujemo da kvalitetan turizam počinje kvalitetnim ljudima. Zato nam je važno ulagati u mlade, razvijati buduće stručnjake i stvarati prilike za njihovo povezivanje s lokalnom zajednicom.

Koje su obveze učenika stipendista?

  • redovito pohađa nastavu i upisuje sljedeću školsku godinu
  • odrađuje stručnu praksu u skladu s dogovorenim uvjetima
  • ispuni ugovornu obvezu rada u trajanju od najmanje tri mjeseca u kontinuitetu

Ulažemo u mlade, ulažemo u budućnost turizma.

U Aminessu vjerujemo da učenicima ne treba pružiti samo financijsku podršku, već i priliku da uče, stječu iskustvo i razvijaju se. Želimo mladima približiti mogućnosti koje im pruža turizam te ih potaknuti da svoju budućnost grade upravo u sredini u kojoj žive i školuju se.
