Zapošljavamo na radnom mjestu:

VODITELJ SMJENE U KUHINJI (m/ž)

Vaš posao će obuhvaćati:

  • samostalnu pripremu svih jela u ponudi
  • pomaganje voditelju kuhinje i pomoćniku voditelja kuhinje u provođenju organizacije rada u kuhinji te u njihovoj odsutnosti organiziranje rasporeda rada
  • naglasak na rad u pansionu
  • kvantitativno i kvalitativno preuzimanje i zaduženje za naručene namirnice, proizvode i ambalažu u odsutnosti voditelja kuhinje
  • ažurno i uredno obavljanje poslova sukladno pozitivnim propisima, uzancama, pravilima struke, standardima te uputama nadređenog
  • odgovornost za pravilno provođenje tehnološkog procesa, kvalitativno, kvantitativno i pravovremeno pripremanje i prigotovljavanje jela, pravilno rukovanje sredstvima rada i pridržavanje normativa
  • pridržavanje higijensko-sanitarnih propisa na mjestu rada te vršenje kontrole pridržavanja propisa od strane zaposlenika

Potrebno obrazovanje, znanja i vještine:

  • SSS/VŠS – hotelijersko-turistički smjer, kuhar
  • poželjno radno iskustvo na istim ili sličnim poslovima
  • poznavanje jednog stranog jezika
  • poznavanje rada na računalu (MS Office)
  • izvrsno poznavanje standarda i procedura područja rada
  • poznavanje tržišnih trendova iz područja rada
  • sposobnost planiranja i organiziranja poslovnih procesa te samostalnost u radu
