Zapošljavamo na poziciji:

PRAVNIK (m/ž)

Opis ključnih poslova i odgovornosti:

  • izrađivanje prijedloga akata u Društvu samostalno ili u suradnji s drugim ovlaštenim osobama u Društvu
  • pripremanje, provjeravanje, evidentiranje i pohranjivanje ugovora
  • sastavljanje isprava i ugovora za potrebe Društva
  • obavljanje poslova u svezi sa statusno-pravnim pitanjima
  • obavljanje pravnih poslova iz područja radnog prava
  • obavljanje pravnih poslova (sastavljanje tužbi, podnesaka, pravnih lijekova, ovršnih prijedloga i dr.)
  • obavljanje imovinsko-pravnih poslova za potrebe Društva
  • praćenje pozitivnih propisa te po potrebi usklađivanje ili pomoć pri usklađivanju internih akata
  • davanje usmenih i pisanih pravnih mišljenja i pravnih savjeta na zahtjev Direktora sektora ili Uprave Društva

Potrebna znanja, vještine i sposobnosti:

  • VSS, pravni fakultet
  • dobro poznavanje zakonske regulative te relevantnih propisa iz područja rada
  • sposobnost kontinuiranog praćenja i primjene svih promjena zakonske regulative iz područja rada
  • aktivno korištenje MS Office paketa
  • znanje i aktivno korištenje barem jednog stranog jezika (poželjno engleski)
  • vozačka dozvola B kategorije
  • izražene komunikacijske vještine, sistematičnost i fleksibilnost
  • samostalnost u obavljanju poslova i rješavanju problema
  • spremnost za stjecanje i usvajanje novih znanja i vještina
