1. POMOĆNI KONOBAR

Posao obuhvaća pomoćne poslove pripreme, posluživanja i izdavanja hrane i pića te pripremu prostora za posluživanje. Također uključuje brigu o čistoći i urednosti radnog prostora, opreme i inventara te timski rad i suradnju s kolegama.

Poželjno je prethodno iskustvo na poslovima pomoćnog konobara ili servira te osnovno poznavanje barem jednog stranog jezika. Tražimo pedantne, uredne i savjesne osobe kojima je zadovoljstvo gosta uvijek na prvom mjestu.

2. KONOBAR

Posao obuhvaća komunikaciju i usluživanje gostiju, preuzimanje narudžbi te pripremu i posluživanje hrane i pića. Uključuje i pripremu radnog prostora, poznavanje ponude, izdavanje računa te brigu o čistoći, opremi i inventaru, uz svakodnevnu suradnju s timom.

Poželjno je završeno srednjoškolsko obrazovanje ili prekvalifikacija za zanimanje konobara te prethodno radno iskustvo na sličnim poslovima. Tražimo komunikativne, uredne i savjesne osobe koje poznaju barem jedan strani jezik i kojima je pružanje najboljeg iskustva gostu na prvom mjestu.

3. BARMEN

Posao obuhvaća pripremu, točenje i posluživanje pića i hrane iz ponude, pripremu bara za rad te preuzimanje narudžbi i naplatu računa. Uključuje i brigu o čistoći i urednosti radnog prostora te obavljanje ostalih poslova u skladu s potrebama i organizacijom rada.

Poželjno je završeno srednjoškolsko obrazovanje ili prekvalifikacija za zanimanje konobara te prethodno iskustvo na poslovima barmena. Prednost su dodatne edukacije iz područja pripreme pića, koktela i kave, kao i poznavanje barem jednog stranog jezika.
