Zapošljavamo na sljedećim pozicijama:

SURADNIK / SPECIJALIST U RAČUNOVODSTVU (m/ž)

Glavni zadaci i odgovornosti:

  • precizno i pravovremeno knjiženje poslovnih transakcija
  • poznavanje i razumijevanje poreznih i računovodstvenih propisa
  • obračun troškova, analiza, kontrola i raspored po mjestu troška (MT)
  • usklade pomoćnih knjigovodstvenih evidencija i analitike s glavnom knjigom
  • financijsko zaduživanje i razduživanje skladišta sirovina, materijala, rezervnih dijelova, ambalaže i sitnog inventara
  • rezerviranje tekućih troškova i ukidanje rezervacija
  • osiguravanje točnosti i pravovremenosti dostave podataka
  • usklade kartica i ovjera IOS-a sa dobavljačima Suradnja sa svim odjelima unutar Društva vezano uz dokumentaciju koja služi za knjiženje i obračune
  • pružanje podrške u procesu godišnjeg zatvaranja knjiga
  • ostali poslovi iz područja računovodstva te suradnja s revizorima

Znanja, vještine, iskustvo i kompetencije koje tražimo:

  • SSS/VSS, poželjno 3 godine radnog iskustva u računovodstvu ili sličnim poslovima
  • poznavanje MS Office paketa te engleskog jezika
  • poznavanje računovodstvenih i poreznih propisa
  • visoka motiviranost za rad te organiziranost, sistematičnost i pouzdanost u izvršavanju zadataka
  • sposobnost planiranja i organiziranja poslovnih procesa te postavljanja realnih ciljeva
  • samostalnost, samoinicijativnost i sposobnost rješavanja problema
  • izražene komunikacijske vještine te sklonost timskom radu
  • kooperativnost i kolegijalnost
  • sposobnost usvajanja novih znanja i njihove primjene u unapređenju poslovnih procesa
  • urednost, točnost i pravovremenost u izvještavanju prema Upravi i izvršavanju zadataka
  • povjerljivost u radu s osjetljivim podacima
