Za naš objekt Aminess Vival Velaris Resort 4* na Braču zapošljavamo:

VODITELJA A LA CARTE KUHINJE (M/Ž)

Vaš posao će obuhvaćati:

  • koordiniranje i upravljanje cijelim timom kuhinje u smislu sudjelovanja u izradi normativa hrane i godišnjih budžeta zajedno s Voditeljem hrane i pića te hotelskim operacijama
  • vođenje brige o ispravnosti namirnica, standardima i normativima hrane, planiranju tjednih i dnevnih rasporeda zaposlenika
  • upravljanje svim procesima i materijalnim resursima u kuhinji uz kontrolu provođenja svih standarda i pravila
  • koordiniranje i nadziranje cijelog odjela kuhinje uključujući ljudske resurse, SI, OSA i potrošni materijal te održava kontakt s recepcijom radi informacija o boravku i zadovoljstvu gostiju
  • brigu o produktivnosti radnika kroz planiranje i kontrolu radnih sati te o redovnim promjenama jelovnika, sezonskih ponuda i gastro događanja, s ciljem osiguravanja visokog standarda rada kuhinje.

Potrebna znanja, vještine i iskustvo:

  • SSS/VKV; smjer: ugostiteljski
  • 3 godine radnog iskustva na istim ili sličnim poslovima
  • sposobnost usvajanja novih znanja te efikasno primjenjivanje istih na unapređenje poslovnih procesa iz područja rada
  • orijentacija na gosta
  • dobro poznavanje zakonske regulative iz područja rada
  • sposobnost postavljanja prioriteta unutar postavljenih ciljeva
  • suradnja i sposobnost za timski rad
  • sposobnost procjene, uljudnost, fleksibilnost, kreativnost
  • poznavanje standarda i procedura područja rada
  • poznavanje tržišnih trendova iz područja rada
